The Mom NP

Leila Andersch

Leila Andersch is the founder and owner of Growing Love Ultrasound, an elective and diagnostic ultrasound studio based in Destin, Florida, serving families across the Emerald Coast. Since opening the studio in 2017, Leila has helped thousands of parents experience some of the most meaningful moments of pregnancy, from seeing their baby for the very first time to bonding through detailed 5D/HD imaging. As a mother herself, she understands how powerful these moments are and has built Growing Love Ultrasound around the belief that every family deserves a peaceful, personalized, and emotionally supportive experience. Her studio offers early pregnancy confirmation, clinical gender determination starting at just six weeks, advanced 5D/HD imaging, and expanding diagnostic services, all delivered in a warm, welcoming environment designed with families in mind.

Growing Love Ultrasound was created to be more than a service, it is a trusted part of the local mom village. Leila is deeply committed to supporting mothers not only during pregnancy, but throughout their parenting journey by collaborating with other trusted professionals who share the same mission of care, education, and empowerment. Through these partnerships, she strives to ensure that families feel supported, informed, and celebrated every step of the way. Growing Love Ultrasound has become known throughout the community for its high-quality imaging, compassionate care, and dedication to creating unforgettable bonding experiences for families.

Amanda Gresham, IBCLC

Amanda Gresham’s journey into lactation work began with a simple but powerful realization: new parents deserve more support, more understanding, and more confidence. Through her own experiences with motherhood and infant feeding, Amanda saw firsthand how overwhelming the postpartum period can feel—and how transformative the right guidance can be.

What started as a passion quickly became a calling. Amanda pursued advanced training in lactation support so she could serve families with both science-based care and heartfelt compassion. She understands that feeding a baby is not just a physical process, but an emotional one—often tied to confidence, identity, and mental well-being.

Through 30A Lactation, Amanda has created a safe, supportive space for parents to feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. Whether she’s helping a mother overcome breastfeeding challenges, guiding parents through pumping or formula decisions, or simply reassuring someone that they are doing a great job, Amanda meets every family without judgment and with genuine care. Her mission is simple: to help parents feel confident, supported, and proud of their feeding journey—whatever that journey looks like. Serving families along Florida’s Emerald Coast and beyond, Amanda brings warmth, expertise, and real-life understanding into every consultation.

At the heart of 30A Lactation is Amanda’s belief that no parent should feel alone—and that every family deserves compassionate, personalized support during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
